NAU - Pink Week
October 2013
I aided in planning, marketing, and executing Northern Arizona University's 2013 Pink Week event. Our goal was to raise $4000 for the Shadows Foundation, a Flagstaff non-profit organization that provides assistance and services for local breast cancer patients. Students and Flagstaff locals were welcome to participate in dodgeball, rock climbing, a group fitness class, and the Splash n' Dash. Altogether the event generated $5,645 for the Shadows Foundation.
Sedona's St. Patrick's Day Parade
March 2014
From contacting key contributors of the parade, down to marching with the band, planning such a celebrated event couldn't have been so fun! Putting on a parade is more than picking out the perfect green costume, there is months of planning, hurry up and wait conversations, and several hundred emails and phone calls. All the work is worth seeing the sea of smiles that come from such a joyous occasion.
